Gale V. "Honey" Paiva Was called home to be with our Lord and the love of her life Bobby on December 24, 2019. She was surrounded by her family in the comfort of her home in Pacific Palisades. Gale was born on April 27, 1942 to Helen and Lawrence Souza. She attended St. Anthony's Kalihi and graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy class of '60. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her sons Bobby (Noe); Scot (Renee); Daughter Yvette Chinen; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. She dedicated her entire life to her family. Teaching them countless lessons and sharing her experience and wisdom. Gale enjoyed bowling, spending time with friends, and most of all racing pigeons with her husband. A Celebration of Life will be held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church on February 14, 2020 at 8:30am visitation, mass to follow at 10am. Arrangements Provided By: Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary LLC
