Richard Yoshio Will, 89, of Honolulu, died Dec. 9, 2019 at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center. Born Sept. 23, 1930, in Hilo, he was retired from the University of Hawaii Department of Education at Manoa, Captain U.S. Air Force and member of the Hilo High School Class of 1948. Visitation from 9-10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo; memorial service at 10 a.m. Graveside urn committal service to follow at noon at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire.
