77, of Honolulu, passed away on May 6th, 2019. She was a kind and wonderful person, wife, mom, grandma, and friend who is sorely missed. Born in Lindsay, CA, Kay graduated from Samuel Merritt Nursing College and came to Hawaii in 1965, to work as an RN at Queen's Medical Center until retirement. Survived by husband of 50 years, Larry Hoover, four children, Lawrence, Louisa, Bonnie and Heather, four grandchildren, Chelsea, Tia, Hadley, and Henry, and Kay's siblings, Judie and Kenny.
