98, of Honolulu, passed away on January 30, 2020. She was predeceased by Kenneth, her beloved husband of 65 years. She graduated from St. Andrew's Priory, Mun Lun Chinese School and Honolulu Business School. After 37 years of exemplary service, she retired from the Department of the Army and the Department of Hawaiian Homelands. Dorothy was a member of numerous Chinese organizations. She is survived by her son Dr. Wayland (Judith) Lum and daughter Colleen (Marvin) Lee; 6 grandchilden: Lori, Alex, Sheri (Leslie) New, Mark (Jeffrey), Eric, Kristen Lee and great grandchildren Leslie New, Jr. and Malia Jae New. Visitation: 10:00 a.m.; Service: 11:00 a.m. on February 27, 2020 Borthwick Mortuary, Makai Chapel. Lunch to follow. Burial: 2:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery, Kaneohe.
