96, of Pearl City, retired owner of Flo's Sportwear and Dressmaking in Waipahu, passed away on Dec 23, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fukumatsu and Asano Hihara, brothers, Matsuhisa and Norman, and sister, Mieko Higuchi. She is survived by nieces and nephew and grand-nieces and nephew. Private services held.
