73, of Honolulu, died in Honolulu, February 15, 2020. Born in New York, lived on Kauai in 1970's, and moved to Honolulu in 1984. A psychiatric nurse (APRN) with prof. degrees from Arizona, UCLA and UH (gerontology). Retired from Kaiser Permanente in 2006, undertook volunteer work and then sailed with husband 2010- 2015 worldwide on family sailboat Pua'ena visiting 21 countries. Survived by husband Mark Hazlett, children Deborah H. Chun (Shawn Chun), Mark L. Holland (Shanda Vaught) and Virginia H. Goodman (David Goodman), four grandchildren, brother George Cliffords and two nephews with families. Celebration of Life in planning for April 19, 2020.
