Retired Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit; Attorney with FONG & FONG.; Director Hawaii National Bank; President Waialae Country Club. He is survived by his wife VICTORIA KAM YUK CHUN FONG; Children WENDY TSOU (Richard); PETER; VALERIE CHANG (Glenn); ANDREW (Jenifer); CAROLYN CHANG (Hubert); MARY NAKAMOTO (Dean); DANIEL (Corrie); 15 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren. CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICES will be held on SATURDAY, MARCH 14, 2020 at Mary, STAR OF THE SEA CHURCH, 4470 Aliikoa St., Honolulu, Hawaii 96821 with VISITATION from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and MASS starting at 11:30 a.m. BURIAL to follow at DIAMOND HEAD MEMORIAL PARK, 529 18th Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816.
