Age 98, of Honolulu, passed away on February 9, 2020 at Kuakini Medical Center in Honolulu. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii and was predeceased by his wife Emily. Kiyomi was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the 442nd Battalion, Company G. He is survived by his daughter Carol (Tony) Ganiron; son Alan Yamamoto; grandchildren Kate (Travis) Furumoto and Micah Ganiron; sisters Tsugiko (Thomas) Yamasaki and Kazuyo "Kay" Maeda.
