86, of Honolulu, a Navy veteran and retired computer analyst/ programmer with the Department of Defense, passed away at Arcadia Retirement Residence on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. He was born in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. He is survived by his wife, Nancy R. Weisner, and a son, Jeffrey A. Weisner.
