62, of Hawaii Kai, was welcomed into Heaven on January 18, 2020. She was the eldest of 3 children, born to George and Rena Morikawa. After graduating from Kaiser High School, she went on to establish a career at Hawaiian Telcom (GTE). In 2004 Lori went on to being a childcare provider for many keiki before retiring in late 2017. Lori touched many lives with her generosity, grace and humor. She is survived by her mother, Rena Morikawa and son, Jordan Kaahaaina; siblings: Jon (Trish) Morikawa and Jaye (Dennis) Morikawa-Maher. Nieces and Nephews: Shelby, Sydney, Jonah, Spencer and Julia. Visitation: 9:00 a.m.; Celebration of Life Service: 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Keehi Lagoon Memorial Park, Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Hall. Extra casual attire (shirt, shorts and slippahs- per Lori's request) and don't forget to bring your happy faces! :)
