Rolf Winkler of Honolulu, retired pastry chef and baker and former owner of The Patisserie, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2020 at Queens Medical Center. Rolf was born on December 31, 1933 in Annaberg-Buchholz, Germany. He is survived by Anne Reynolds, his beloved life-partner of 22 years; brother, Hubert (Brigitte) of Annaberg- Buchholz, Germany; nephews, Axel (grandnephew, Kevin) and Lutz (Diana).
