Age 95, of Kailua, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020. William was born in Honolulu, was a World War II veteran and a retired Honolulu Police Sergeant serving the Kailua and Kaneohe communities. Survived by daughter, Francine Leialoha; granddaughters, Heidi Leialoha (Jevon Gaines), Amber Leialoha and 3 great- grandchildren. Private service.
