Rhobie Eleanore Kilbey-Franks
Rhobie Eleanor Kilbey-Franks was born on September 30th, 1927, in Honolulu, Hawai'i, to father Frederick H.G. Kilbey and mother LaVaina Apo Kilbey. She was 92 years old when she passed away on Saturday, February 15th, 2020, at Islands Hospice. Rhobie is survived by her husband, John Earl Franks; siblings: brother Frederick Henry George Kilbey III; sisters LaVaina N. Basco, Fredenalda K. Ching, and Carolouise K. Rondon; and stepsons Scott and Jonathan Franks. Entombment service will be held on Monday, March 9th, 2020 at 12:30 pm, at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
