Ruth Mitsue Masuno, age 92, of Kailua, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2020. She was born on the island of Kauai. She is survived by son, Scott (June), daughter Ann (Roland Espiritu) and grandsons Jared and Micah. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 at Kailua Christian Church.
