WILLIAM CASIMIR PULASKI
WILLIAM CASIMIR PULASKIWilliam Casimir Pulaski "Billy", 62, a cherished partner, brother, uncle, and an accomplished artistically creative individual passed away January 31, 2020 after a lengthy battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Billy was born March 2, 1957 in Pensacola Florida to William Earl Pulaski and Betty Marie Biebighauser Mize. He is survived by his life partner Donald Fasone, Jr., his brother Patrick Pulaski (Paula), and sisters Nell and Pamela Pulaski. He is fondly remembered by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends. Billy moved to Hawaii in 1978 where he worked as; a waiter, handyman, flight attendant, gym trainer, and draftsman. His last job as a draftsman prepared him to eventually start Tropical Water Features; building waterfalls, ponds, fountains, pools, houses, and remodels until his illness in 2019. Over the years he has designed and created hundreds of projects throughout the islands, his creativity is enjoyed by many families and businesses. His love of the ocean kept him active throughout his life; surfing and diving around the world, paddling for Hui Nalu Canoe Club, body surfing Sandy Beach, and Sailing with the Hokule'a on the Voyage of Rediscovery 1985-87. A beach party celebrating his life will be held at Waimanalo Bay State Recreation Beach - Sherwood's Beach Sunday, March 15, 2020. Visitation 11AM to Noon. Celebration at Noon with a light lunch served. Scattering of ashes after the celebration. We encourage beach wear for comfort, towels and beach chairs if you cannot sit on the ground. Lei or loose flowers appreciated.
