Homer Quan Ho Ai Chang
October 31, 1938 ~ December 18, 2019 Born in Honolulu to Kin and Kun (Ching) Ai Chang. Attended Cathedral School, St. Louis School, University of Hawaii, and Mun Lun Chinese School. Served in Hawaii Air National Guard and worked for U.S. Army at Ft. Shafter and in Korea before retiring as a supply clerk. Avid traveler who enjoyed meeting people from around the world. Academic with an aptitude for languages and calligraphy. Loved learning new things whether in a classroom, visiting another country, or conversing with someone he just met. Family historian who rarely missed a birthday party, graduation or reunion. He will be remembered for his patience, sincerity, and thoughtfulness to others. Survived by sister Pauline Choy; brothers Kenneth (Mildred) and Bertrand (Katherine) Ai Chang; nieces and nephews: Roberta, Paul (Jackie), Garrett (Christine) and Gordon Choy; Michelle (Robert) Yu, Mitchell (Michelle) Ai-Chang, and Kenwyn (William) Sato; Bruce and Brian (Christina) Ai Chang; many grandnieces and grandnephews.
