Surrounded by family, and with her dog, Uilani, at her side, Lucy passed away peacefully at home on February 20, 2020. She was 89. Lucy was born in Pearl City. She worked at Finance Factors for over 30 years until her retirement. She later assisted in her son's STAR Physical Therapy office. Predeceased by her husband, Rikio, Lucy is survived by her children: Ann (Cosmo) Arakawa, Curt (Christene) Watanabe and John Watanabe; her grandchildren: Dr. Jordan (Chelsey) Arakawa, Lyndsey (Ryan Oda) Arakawa, Brett Watanabe and Sara Watanabe, and great-grandson Landon Arakawa. Lucy was a proud grandmother who loved supporting all of their sporting, dance and school activities. Private Services were held.
