March 16, 1921 ~ February 26, 2020 Our Ohana would like to send a special "Mahalo" to everyone who attended her Celebration of Life. We had a coronavirus warning, but were able to be together.
We would like to Thank the staff at Kaiser Permanente, Island Hospice and Hawaiian Memorial, Kaneohe for their kindness and the care given to her. Thank you very much to Deacon Joe Aleuma and Deacon Gary for being there for our family. Much Mahalo to Watanabe Florist and Highway Inn (ono hawaiian food).
Born on March 16, 1921 to David Paalua and Mary Naeole in Kalawao (Kalaupapa), Molokai, she was raised by her aunty, the Raymond Ohana at Pua Lane, Palama, Oahu.
Many of her friends said they are so glad to have known her, she had a true "Aloha Spirit". She is our kupuna, our hero and taught us our hawaiian values.
We love her dearly and miss her beautiful smile.
