Norman S. Chun
Norman S. ChunOn May 14, 2020, Norman S. Chun passed away at his home on Maui under Hospice care. He was born on the island of Oahu to Harold and Evelyn Chun, both predeceased. He had one sibling, Carol Amaki (Lawrence) also predeceased. Norman is survived by his loving wife Lauren, Mother-in-law Betsy Cardoza, sister-in-law Eunice Kitagawa (Mark Renschen), brothers-in-law Lawrence Amaki, Leighton and Brian Kitagawa, nieces Tori Renschen, Lisa Andres (Robert), Lara Staley (Jonathan), Jenine Alig (Daniel) and grandnieces Kayleigh Andres and Lani Staley, and grand- nephews Kai Amaki and Garrison Alig. Norman enjoyed a variety of hobbies and gave his all, whether it was drag racing, dirt bike riding, fishing, or golfing. At the same time he was a patient and kind man with much common sense, and he was the uncle his nieces went to whenever they had a problem. Throughout his life, Norman made many friends at work and at play, but he always placed his love for his family first. He will be missed by everybody.

Lauren wishes to thank all of their family and friends who sent their prayers, love, condolences, help, flowers and food. A special thank you to Dr. Sodetani and to all of the doctors at Kaiser who gave Norman excellent care throughout the years. Thank you also to the entire staff at Hospice Maui for their compassionate care.
