Age 70, of Pearl City, passed away May 4, 2020 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born in Honolulu on May 29, 1949. Predeceased by parents, Seie and Evelyn Oshiro. Survived by brothers, Stephen (Anita) Oshiro and Avin (MaryAnn) Oshiro. Rochelle has willed herself to the University of Hawaii at Manoa, John A. Burns School of Medicine for medical research.
