98, of Muskegon, Michigan, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2020 in his Nanakuli home. Richard served in the U.S Navy for 20 years and retired as a Petty Officer First Class. He was a Pearl Harbor Survivor and volunteered at the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum where he was stationed on Ford Island.He is survived by his son Floyd Girocco and wife Kathy, grand- children Tina Hieert and Robert Girocco, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and God Daughter Alice Mole.
Scattering of ashes will be scheduled at a later date.
