60, of Aiea, HI, died peacefully June 22, 2020 in Honolulu, HI. Tim graduated from Aiea High School in 1980; attended the Job Corp for 2 years; worked for Xtermco for many years & was the Owner/Operator of Tim's Pest Management (TPM). He was a loving son, brother & uncle, as well as a cherished friend to many. Timothy is survived by brothers: Robert "Bobby" (Marian) Delapenia, Patrick "Rick" (Clarice) Ranis, Daniel "Danny boy" (Stephanie) Ranis; sisters: Margaret "Meg" (Ralph) Bazan, Katherine "Joyce" Asis, Flo "Diana" (Stan) Olayan, many nieces, nephews, Speedy Boys & Lower Aiea (LA) & Ohana. Services will be August 7, 2020 11am @ St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, 99-312 Moanalua Rd, Aiea. Burial to follow at 1pm @ Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary, Ka Uka Blvd, Mililani. Due to COVID, St. Elizabeth's will be limited in seating. We will be accepting love & support through social distancing. Face masks are required.
