Born August 9, 1953, in Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on July 6, 2020. He is the Founder & Pastor of His Highest Praise International, Redemption Bible College, & Redemption Academy. He lived his life in the firm belief that "Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6) and "Make Jesus your best-friend" (Dr. Adrian Yuen). Adrian was fully dedicated to the calling God predestined for his life and grew a deep desire to encourage others to have a personal relationship with Jesus that will develop into a transformative and healing journey! Adrian was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin; however, his passion also included the active roles of being a pastor, teacher, student, counselor, mediator, trainer, and friend. His goal was to win the lost, equip the believers, and train up leaders to share the gospel. Adrian is survived by children Christopher Yuen, Rachel (Yuen) Nihi, Paul-Adrian Yuen, Teri Lynn (Yuen) Kim, Adrienne Yuen and other hanai children; 14 grandchildren and other hanai grandchildren; brothers, Dennis Yuen, Patrick Yuen, Rudy Lopez (late sister Yvonne Lopez); sisters, Harriet Yamasaki, Linda Gentry, and Alicia Hui. The Celebration of Life will be on August 15 at Kualoa Ranch. The drive by viewing will be from 8-11am with a service to follow at 11am. The burial will be at Hawaiian Memorial at 2pm. The Celebration of Life will be broadcasted on Facebook and Youtube Live on His Highest Praise International Honolulu Page(s). Please wear a mask if attending services and practice social distancing.
