Passed away August 4, 2020. Born March 28, 1929, in Kamuela. Worked on Big Island for Wailoa Recap and Moses Akiona Co. Moved to Honolulu 1949 to work for H.T. & B. as a Seaman. Transferred to ship agency and terminal offloading containers/cargo, becoming operations manager for Young Brothers to expand inter island shipping. Responsible for moving Young Brothers to piers 39 & 40. Retired to learn golf and became a single digit player. Joined the Masons in 1965, becoming Master of Lodge Le Progres in 1976, and held the 33rd degree. He was also a Member of York Rite, Scottish Rite, Shrine & Red Cross and had been on the Board of Governors for The Shriners Hospital. Sadly missed by fiance Patricia Yee; cousins, nephews, nieces, special friends & Goldsteins, Jenkins, Mamelaks, and Yee extended families. Predeceased by Mary Ann. Private service held.
