On Sunday, August 9, 2020, at 6:50 pm, Laura Kalaukapu Low Lucas Thompson passed peacefully surrounded by three generations of her loving family. She spent her last days in her home in Niu Valley where she lived for 95 years. Her family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of aloha for Mom. As many people know, she had cared for countless friends, family, and often strangers. She lived by the motto of being kind to all living creatures and demonstrated that to the end. We will miss her, but we know that what she loved most was knowing her family and friends are doing well and living with kindness. We will be gathering with family and friends to celebrate her remarkable life when the time is right. Again, thank you for your outpouring of love and kindness, and in her honor, we wish you much aloha and happiness. She was an exceptional mother to her daughter Lita, her two sons Myron and Nainoa, and a loving grandmother to seven and great grandmother to six. Arrangements Provided By:
