Shigeto "Toto" Setoda, 95, of Hilo, died August 29, 2020 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born April 26, 1925, in Hilo, he was retired from Bank of Hawaii as its Vice President on the Big Island, a U.S. Army World War II veteran and member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin.
