Alan Hong Woo Leung, 82, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on September 5, 2020. He was a retired civil engineer with the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation. Born in Hong Kong, he came to Hawaii for college in 1960 and placed roots on the island after meeting his wife. He is survived by his wife, Joyce; sons, Wayman (Veda), Truman (Elisabeth), daughter Grace (Jud); grandchildren, Malia, Owen, Noah, Coco, Eva, Hosanna, Piper, Stephen, Matthew.
