87, of Kaneohe, passed away on October 2, 2020. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired U.S. Postal Service mail carrier. Preceded in death by his wife, Lillian (Nagata) Kato; siblings, Richard and Samson Kato, Carl Kameoka, and Irene Shinotsuka, he is survived by his daughter, Shelley (Frank) Okamura; two grandchildren; six great-grand- children; brothers, Albert (Elaine), Andrew (Patsy), and Francis (Ofelia) Kato; sister, Nancy (Robert) Nishimura.
