68, passed away in his home in Honolulu on October 10, 2020. Born on April 30, 1952 in Honolulu and raised in Pu'owaina and 'Ewa Beach.George was a proud graduate of St. Louis High School, the University of Hawai'i and the William S. Richardson School of Law. He was a musician and an athlete. He was: Wrestling, Rainbow Warrior Football, Huk Hu Gung Fu, Lua, Kahuna Lomilomi, Kanekawaiola. "Coach George" was a friend and champion to countless people. His ethic was work hard, play hard, love hard.
Predeceased by parents George K. Lindsey, Sr. and Joan S. Lindsey. Survived by his wife Patricia Lindsey, son Kanekawaiola Lindsey, daughter Alexis Lindsey Peterson, mother-in-law Maria Borges, siblings Bryan (Lori) Lindsey, LaJoy Lindsey, Robert (Nova) Lindsey, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
