Richard "Kanaka" Edayan, originally from Waialua, Oahu passed away on October 30, 2020 at the age of 56 in Portland, Oregon where he resided for the past 24 years. The son of late Elias and Lily Edayan and youngest brother to 12 siblings. He is survived by wife Charlene, daughters Jasmine, Nicole, Richelle and Son adopted at birth, along with (6) grand- children Kai, Matthew, Chanelle, Camille, Stephen Jr. & Ciarra. A Virtual Memorial Service will be held LIVE on Saturday, December 5th at 9:30 a.m. HST via www.dignitymemorial.com.
