Dolores Young Chun, 83, of Honolulu, died on December 1st, 2020, at home surrounded by family. Dolores was born on July 10, 1937 to Young Fong and Wong Shee Young, the youngest of 9 children. Her early childhood was spent at the Kuapa fish pond in what is now Hawaii Kai.Dolores, affectionally known as Dee, is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, David T.S. Chun and their four sons and wives: Stephen & Laura Chun, Bryan & Maria Chun, Craig & Joanne Chun, Russell Chun & Khin Mai Aung, and their 10 grandchildren. Of Dolores's 8 siblings, she is survived by her brothers Dr. Joseph Young and Andrew Young. Due to Corona virus concerns, her funeral will be private.
