"Bob" moved from San Luis Obispo, California to Honolulu in 1969 and studied Anthropology at The University of Hawaii. In 1972, he received his B.S. in Anthropology and worked as an archaeologist from 1969-1983 for the State Historic Preservation Office, Bishop Museum and under The City & County of Honolulu at Kualoa Regional Park. He received his second degree, B.A. in Recreation Leadership at UH and was employed by C&C of Honolulu Parks and Recreation from 1983-1996 as Recreation Director at various parks: Ewa Beach Community Park, Manoa District Park, Hahaione, Kilauea and Kualoa Regional Park. He left the city to attend graduate school at University of Las Vegas Nevada and later move to Pittsburg, California. Bob was an avid pool player in his younger days which help put him through school and continued to play in pool leagues and tournaments and was a collector of cues. Private Services.
