Shizuko N. Takamoto, 101, of Honolulu, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was born on January 12, 1919 in Makaweli, Kauai. A beloved "Grandma" to all. She bought a smile to family and friends with her determination, character and humor. She gave straight forward feedback that she hoped would encourage growth and strength. Predeceased by her loving husband Maurice Toshiki Takamoto. Survived by children, James (Carol), Michael and Betty Lou Nakamine (Ronald). 3 Grandsons, Granddaughter Kathy, Grandson Wade, 6 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
