Born "September 14, 1938, Boston, hurricane", as he liked to say, Gerald Francis Devlin peacefully "joined the choir divine" from his Kailua home, June 23, 2020. Jerry came to Honolulu in 1969 with his new bride and resumed the 50-year high school teaching career he had begun in California, 41 of those years at Punahou School. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Roseyn, sons Eric and Greg (Natalia), three grandsons, four siblings and their families, and a multitude of former students.
