54, of Honolulu, passed away on December 6, 2020. Born in Honolulu, he was the interim executive director of the Hawaii Community Development Authority until the end of September. He is survived by parents, Fred and Alice Kamemoto; brother, Kenneth of Los Angeles; and sister, Janice. Private service held.
