CLEMENT T. FUJIMOTO
Clement Tetsuo Fujimoto, 81, died on November 15, 2020. Throughout his extraordinary life, humility was his defining characteristic. He attended Farrington HS, Class of '57, and was awarded a four-year scholarship to UH. Upon graduation from the university, he was designated as a Real Dean for his outstanding academic record (3.9) and his participation in campus activities. He continued his education at Columbia University and graduated with a law degree from the UH law school. His various jobs included: school counselor at Leilehua HS, researcher at the legislature, and staff member in the Ombudsman's Office. He retired with distinction from Leeward Community College as the Executive Assistant to the Chancellor. Clement is survived by sisters Joan Momohara, Jane (Don) Okinaka, and brother Calvin (Chiyo), plus many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceasing Clem were his parents, Masao and Yoshi Fujimoto, and brothers Clifford and Gilbert.
