Richard Hatsuichi Okamoto, 87, of Pearl City, a retired Operations Manager for Van, Waters and Rogers passed away on November 14, 2020. He is survived by wife Elaine S., sons Michael S. and Randy Morimoto, daughters Terry Lynn Holck, Jessie Bostick and Janice Allison, and 6 grand- children. Private services held.
