56, of Kahuku, passed away on January 3, 2021 at Castle Medical Center. She was born on April 15, 1964 in Honolulu. She was a Clerk for Kahuku High and Intermediate School in the Hawaii State Government; Department of Education. Janice is survived by her husband, Kenneth H. Phillips II; sister, Donna May Mapuana (William Conn), brother, James Kimo Kamakana Jr. (Glenda Lee H. Kamakana); children, Jacqueline Pahia, Jamie (Ray) Agdinaoay, Leilani Phillips, Kenneth Howard Phillips III, Analani Manu, Alakai Manu, Anela Manu; nine grand- children & nieces.
