L. Nani Kapu Chan passed away peacefully in the loving presence of her ohana on January 7, 2021 in Honolulu, HI at the age of 83.Nani is survived by her husband Ernest Chan, daughter Julie Nurré, son Guy Chan, brother Sam Kapu, Jr., sister Dutchie K. Saffery, (7) grandchildren, and (2) great-grandchildren.
A chapel service at KS Kapalama will be scheduled in the future when friends and family can gather in the traditional manner.
