Florence Yachiyo Muramoto
95, of Honolulu, a retired hairdresser and owner of Sharon Beauty Salon, passed away on December 21, 2020 at Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. Florence volunteered at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children for 24 years where she crafted infant blankets, caps and other projects for newborns. She enjoyed Ikebana flower arranging, raising orchids, and pottery; and learned the craft of making beautiful Japanese dolls and sewing kimonos. She is survived by daughter, Karen K. Hirota; sister, Alice (Noboru) Matsushima; and granddaughters, Kristie and Kimberly. Due to COVID restrictions, no services are being planned. Arrangements Provided By:
