Michael A. Martelli, 83, of Honolulu, passed away on Jan. 10, 2020, surrounded by his immediate family in Florida. He is survived by his children: Michael Martelli, Jr., Nicholas J. Martelli, Julia Maxwell, and Jami Dingler, all of Florida. He is also survived by four siblings: Nicholas A. Martelli, Reading, Diane Martelli, Honolulu, Camille Belolan, Bloomsburg, and Roseanna Dellegrotti, San Jose, as well as several grand- children and great-grandchildren.
Michael was a retired U.S. Navy veteran, who served on nuclear submarines. He later owned and ran an inn with his late wife, Karen, in the Catskill Mountains, and lived and worked for a time in Reading. The family will hold a memorial at a later date in Honolulu. They ask for your prayers for their loved one.
