Jeannine R.C. Heishman
Jeannine R.C. Heishman Jeannine Rose Chereau Heishman passed away in Honokaa, Hawaii on January 26, 2021 from complications due to Alzheimer's.
Born and raised by the ocean in North Africa, she was proud of her French heritage and traveled to Paris and throughout Europe. After moving to the United States Jeannie traveled to most of the states.
Throughout her childhood Jeannie was a competitive swimmer. Her first visit to Hawaii was in 1952. Her love for the ocean drew her back and she eventually became a Hawaii resident for 60 years. She enjoyed sports and once she was introduced to baseball she became an avid Dodger fan for 70 years.

Jeannie loved people and lived life to its fullest!

She is survived by her son, Charles Heishman of Punaluu; daughter, Louise Christian and son-in-law Barry Christian of Kona; granddaughter Nicole and husband Joseph Frediani of San Francisco; granddaughter Jody and husband Ekolu Hall and great-grandchildren Thayleah and Thaelin Hall of Kapolei.
