Harry Heen Wah Lui
Harry Heen Wah Lui Harry Heen Wah Lui, 96, passed away in his home in Waimea on the Big Island of Hawaii on January 16, 2021. Born on February 8, 1924 in Honolulu, he was the oldest son of three boys and one girl.
He retired as a supervisor for the Fifteenth Field Maintenance at Hickam Air Force Base and in his retirement was the owner of Puukapu Protea Farm where he raised varieties of protea and cymbidium flowers. He is a Past Master of the Waikiki Lodge of the Lodge Le Progres de L'Oceanie F. & A. M. in Honolulu, member of the Scottish Rite and Shrine of Honolulu, and a member of St James Episcopal Church in Waimea. His interests were in orchids, hunting dogs, bird hunting and being of service in his church and community.
Harry is survived by daughters Karen (David) Leatherman of Honolulu and Claire Makahi of Waikoloa; son Lowell Lui of Wells NV; grandsons: Reverand Daniel (Charmaine) Leatherman of Honolulu and David A. Scooter (Denise) Leatherman of Pearl City Honolulu; great granddaughters: Daryan, Annaliese, Faith and Harmony; brothers: Donald Lui of Honolulu and Lambert Lui of Morgan Hills CA; sister Vivian Stewart of Fairfield CA; and several nieces and nephews. His parents, Lui Tong and Yat Hong Yim, and his wife Claudie preceded him in death.

Private Services to be held.
Family requests no flowers or koden (monetary gifts).

and care for Harry.
