Survived by daughter Ashley Lauren Ford-Ferguson & son Brandon Drake Martinez, brothers Damon Scott Ford (Kelly) & Darrin Sean Ford (Catherine) of Las Vegas. Sister Lavena Mary Ford of Waialua. Mother Julita Crispina Ford (nee Guigui) & Ray Allen Ford of Ranch Camp (Waialua). Many Uncles & Aunties, cousins. Graduated Mililani High School June 87. Private services followed by cremation.
