Hans Jens Krause of Honolulu passed away Dec. 2, 2020 at his beloved Waikiki home. From Germany, he immigrated to Canada where he began his audio engineering career, and in 1968 moved to Hawaii to manage Ampex. His great love was his family and his sweetheart Mitzi Murphy. A life long passion of music drew a dear circle of singers that came to perform as the Silver Foxes. He is survived by son Ralph Krause, daughters Lorraine Kinnamon and Charmaine Moniz, son Bob (preceded in death), former wife Sonja Aiwohi, brother Wolfgang, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and grandnieces. A huge mahalo to Mitzi and brother Ralph for providing him great care at the end of life.
