96, of Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, died on December 30, 2020 in Saipan. She was born on August 15, 1924 in Fairmont, West Virginia. A Celebration of Life and the scattering of her ashes will be held at Poka'i Bay in the Summer of 2022.
