Of Honolulu, passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2021. He was born on O'ahu on December 23, 2004 and brought home in a stocking on Christmas day. He descends from the island families of Campbell, Maipinepine, Mahelona, Napoleon, and Wilcox. He was a sophomore at Punahou School where he excelled. He loved all sports and games. He twice raced canoes across the Kaiwi channel at age 14 with his brother, cousins and great friends. He was on champion soccer teams. He was articulate, encouraging, and engaging. He emanated light and love from day one. Micah will be remembered for his athletic prowess, intelligence, talents, humor, kind heart and especially for his smile and the joy he brought to those around him. Micah is survived by his parents Michael and Nicole Pedersen; older brother Keawe Pedersen; best friend pug Zeus; maternal grandparents Gaylord and Carol Wilcox of Honolulu; paternal grandparents David and Kay Pedersen of Florida; his extended 'ohana; and his many many friends. Services will be held at a future date.
