Lawrence Kaneshiro, born in Wahiawa on March 2, 1940, went home to be with his Savior on February 7, 2021. Larry was a dedicated servant of the Lord, a former pastor of Calvary Independent Church in Wahiawa - as well as of several other churches, a 6th grade teacher at Hanalani Schools in Mililani, a father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and husband to his first wife, Amy, who died of cancer, and his second wife, Blanche. After faithfully serving the Lord for 48 years in Hawaii, Larry moved to San Antonio to be closer to his daughter and her family. Larry is survived by Blanche - his wife of almost 25 years, Fernando and Christina Angeles - his daughter and son-in-law, Claudy Angeles - his granddaughter, and Betty, his sister. A celebration of his life will be on YouTube at Lighthouse Baptist Church in San Antonio, TX. Service Date and time: February 21, 2021 2:00 pm.
