Sadly, Marlene Garces passed away at the age of 79, on February 7, 2021. Born in the Philippines on December 4, 1941, she later moved with her family to Hawaii where she met and married Antonio Garces, and with him had three children. She is preceded in death by Antonio and their only son, Robert. Survived by daughters Sophia (Modesto) Regina and Lana (David) Gonzales, she is loved by her seven grandsons, Ryan (Berenice) Regina, Michael Regina, Antonio Regina, Kohl Gonzales, Kale Gonzales, Kieran Gonzales, Keenan Gonzales & one granddaughter, Athena Regina. Her surviving siblings are Connie, Larry, Glory & Lani. She loved her granddogs, Jazzy, Wu-Tang, Joey & Gordo. Mom will be forever remembered and loved by all.Drive-thru viewing to be held from 10am-12pm on Wednesday, March 17, at Oahu Mortuary. Burial to follow at 1pm at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe.
