72, of Kula, Maui, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2021 under hospice care. Born on January 29, 1949, she attended Kealahou School and graduated from Maui High School class of 1967. Sandra loved being with her dogs and tending to her garden, from which she was happy to share her protea and persimmons with many of her friends and various groups that needed a donation.
She is predeceased by her husband, Alan Paul Simpson; parents, Kazuyuki and Lorraine Suehisa, and brother Nelson Suehisa. Sandra is survived by her children: Tricia Simpson (Earl Lamadora), Dr. Danielle Simpson, Mark Simpson (Coral Mathieson); a granddaughter Ophelia Simpson and brother Welie Suehisa.
A Private Service will be held.
